About CCRepairz

Overview

CCRepairz is dedicated to quality service for the customer and device alike!  We are here 7 days a week (Sundays by appointment only) and even stay after 6pm (by appointment only) to make sure our clients are happy and their device works properly.  We carry most parts in stock however if we do not have your part in stock, we can have it here next day except for if the order is made on Sunday or a Holiday.  Our repairs normally take the quoted time.  If it will take longer we will let you know and keep you updated regularly.

Privacy & Security

We implement a variety of security measures to ensure your personal information is safe. We only collect information about our customers for the purpose of processing Sales and sending Exclusive email offers for our loyal customers with there permission.  Customer satisfaction is of a very high priority to us. If your device was repaired and you are unsatisfied with the result please contact a representative to arrange for a solution ASAP.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Cash, Debit  or Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  We do not accept any other form of payment. We do not charge a surcharge on any credit card transactions. Payment must be made at the time of pick up or the device will not be returned until payment for repair or service is received in full.  Failure to pickup any device within 14 days of completion of service or repair, automatically becomes property of CCRepairz.  All pricing and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Water Damage Repair

It may take extra days to run tests and complete multiple washings depending on the severity of the damage. We are not guaranteeing same or next day repair on water damage, as time often does not permit. Our intention is to repair the device on the same day as it was received but in some cases it is not possible.  If you are not willing to leave the device overnight,  please set up arrangement for pickup before 6pm.
